     Voters’ Meeting Highlights-Thanks to all who made for a productive voters’ meeting on Dec. 3.  We passed the 2018 budget as presented by Peggy Runcorn and chose delegates for the district convention in Portland in June 2018 (Pastor Matt and Dan Collingwood; alternate delegates are Pastor Tom and Ralph Cavalieri; youth delegate is Ethan Collingwood).  Ron Bischoff reported the parking lot fund is at 82% of its $70,000 goal.  Lynn House shared campus safety efforts, Nicole Sarty reported a group was being formed to explore a possible move of the preschool to the main building, and David Reinke announced donations (not tax-deductible) are being accepted for the addition of a garage bay for Pastor Tom as a thank you gift for his years of service to the church.  Pastor Matt’s report and budget info is still available from the church office.  Thanks to all for their participation!

     Angel Tree Gift reminder! Thank you for your awesome response. All the Gift tags have been taken. Help is still needed to deliver gifts to the children before Christmas. Gifts need to be returned THIS Sunday, December 10th.  Questions call Judy Sivey.  (208-921-2340).

     Parents Night Out Update: PNO is this Saturday Dec 9th from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Pizza dinner will be provided. Donations are accepted and will go toward the Texas Servant Trip in March. This is for all ages of children. Please let Brett know if you are dropping kids off by emailing him at: .

     Thrivent Action Team seed money has been received to use for Christmas food boxes for those that are in need of a hand up at Christmas. We are accepting donations of specific food items or money to supplement the grant. Want to give money? The cost of one food box is $25.00. Want to donate food items? We need: pancake mix, syrup, butter, eggs, juice (64 oz.), 10 lb. bags of potatoes, oranges, and apples. Canned corn and green beans are also needed. The donation box is located in the foyer by the Ushers Room. Do you know of someone that can use a helping hand? Please call Nancy Cheney at 208-898-9092 (email: ) if you would like someone to receive a Christmas food box or to donate. Thank you for helping to continue this outreach. We are also in need of help to assemble and deliver the boxes. (Date to be announced later)

     December calendar reminders! December 17th there will be no Holy Communion at the worship services. On Monday, December 25th (Christmas Day) there will be Holy Communion. Holy Communion will also be offered at both services on New Year’s Eve Morning.
