     REMINDER! Help Needed! The Quilter Group needs help setting out quilts this Saturday, October 21st at 9am for our Quilt Dedication on Sunday morning.

     The Women’s Friday morning Bible study class will be starting a new 8-week study on Friday Oct. 27 on the life and ministry of Peter. All women are welcome to join us. Just let Carol Jo Richter (208 377 3746) know so that we can order material for you

     500th Anniversary of the Reformation Celebration -- A Reformation Service will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Brandt Center at Northwest Nazarene University at 4:00 pm.

     Trunk or Treat! Join us on for Friday October 27th 6:30pm - 8:30pm — Hotdogs & Pastor Tom’s famous Hobo Stew. Pumpkin Patch, Hay Ride, & More! Please bring a fall dessert to share. We’re aiming for 50 Trunks this year! Contact: Brett Lindemood for more information or if you would like to decorate a trunk.

     Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University-Smart Money Event. This November, Dave will be live streaming his Smart Money event to churches and Financial Peace University classes across the country. We are excited to announce that we will be a host site for this event. The best part? It’s absolutely free for you to attend; so, bring a friend!  Dave and Rachel Cruze will take the stage on November 7 in Phoenix, and we will stream the event in real time at 6:00pm here at Friendship Celebration. We’d love for you to join us and learn the steps you and your family can take to live like no one else. Sign-up sheet is on the Information Desk in the foyer.

     The Quilters are in Need! Twin flat sheets in any color (no white). Walmart has the best sheets and Fred Meyer has the best prices. Also, blankets and mattress pads can be used for batting in the quilts. Must be clean, cotton or mostly cotton.

     Operation Christmas Child Time! Deadline for boxes is Nov. 19th at Friendship Celebration If you are interested in sharing the joy of the Gospel with children all around the world, please fill a box with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items. A booklet of the Gospel message will be included in each box in the child's own language. Some extra shoe boxes are under the counter as well as flyers for packing the boxes are on the counter. NEW This Year No candy or toothpaste due to custom issues. Also, if possible include $7 to $9 in the box for postage. However, not necessary as some donate money for this cause. Blessings for your sharing with children a witness for our Lord and Savior. One story is of a girl who was so excited to get a purple comb as she had never had one of her own. Small items can be such a joy but the Joy of The Gospel is the greatest gift we can share!!! Questions-Betty Reimann (208-376-8687 or ).

     On November 4th from 10am to 1pm there will be a seminar on the subject of Cancer Killers. This is a DO NOT MISS seminar if you want to learn about how to avoid getting this terrible disease by keeping your body healthy. We are asking for a $10.00 free-will donation and all proceeds will go to the establishment of a new free Integrative health and Wellness Clinic run by the National Integrative Health & Wellness Project Inc., a 501c3 charitable organization run by Bob Neugebauer.
